Listen to Chuck on Entrepreneur Magazine's Radio Show

Chuck is someone to whom people have just always sought for advice. Even as early as middle school.

"I didn't really realize that was happening early on and it took a long time for me to own that, and more importantly, to be responsible for it.  I can tell you that I don’t have all the answers, and as a Coach I’m not supposed to.  My job is to guide you to find your own answers; your own unique path. I am happy to share the answers that I have discovered for myself, if that helps you discover yours."

His many interests have led him to be successful in just as many vocations, starting with electronics engineering at IBM in the early '80s. Chuck has schooled, worked and Coached in electronics engineering, computer science, information technology, business management, the entertainment industry, and Motorsports just to name a few. He has served in many diverse technical, management and director roles, as well as been President, CEO, COO, CIO and CTO for various companies along his corporate path.

As a self-described "motorhead" Chuck instructs and certifies performance and race driving for many organizations around the US, both in the classroom and on the track.  He also Coaches race drivers, teams and business partners on how to get and stay in the Winner's Circle!  He holds several racing and instructing certifications and licenses.

He is also a resident Coach for the McColl School of Business' MBA Programs at Queens University in Charlotte, a Mentor and Advisor for several organizations nationally, and serves as a personal Coach to many individuals & companies. Click here to see a series of articles from the cover story of the October, 2004 issue of Entrepreneur Magazine resultant from an interview with Chuck.

"My background is fairly frenetic and I leverage that in every way I can.  But honestly, I feel my work experience is irrelevant as a Coach. What is important is the opportunities that I have had to see how people work together in a myriad of settings.
How people communicate, or more often do not communicate...  That's where I can really help make a difference.  Be it for a company, executive team or individual.  The industry in which we're working is secondary.  I have witnessed many of the same issues in every field in which I have experience both as a participant and as a Coach."

Chuck guides his clients to recognize these communications breakdowns and turn them into communications breakthroughs. On an individual basis, as a personal Coach, Chuck works closely with clients to discover what success truly means to them and go about achieving it – immediately.

From corporate strategic direction and alignment to team-building, to redesigning your life as a whole, Chuck is ready to be your guide and sounding board.

"It seems to me that many people are caught up in what society wants them to believe success is. It is amazing to me how so many people have never really defined what it is for themselves individually. This discovery is not hard, and once identified, everything from reduced stress levels to ‘the meaning of life’ just starts showing up in one's life.  People are truly their happiest when they know in no uncertain terms what it is they are here to do.
I am clear that I am on this planet to be of service to others.
I am a Coach - it's what I do, and in many ways it's what I have always done."

While Chuck is open to offering Coaching services to everyone, he specializes in the following areas:

Business Leaders:

Entrepreneurs:

Racing Drivers and Teams:

Chuck’s closing note:
"Here’s an ultimate coaching secret: the meaning of life…is to live it!
In this, what some would call 'illusion' that we know as reality, we get to choose how we live - every moment of every day.  What would your life be like if you knew how to choose freedom, joy and ease in every moment?  Would life for you be different?
To quote the young monk waiting to see the Oracle in
The Matrix: 'There is no spoon' "
