Darshana has a profound and humbling talent for walking into different scenarios, quickly assessing and processing what is 'really' going on, dealing with the People, and implementing solutions that benefit the individual, team, and the larger whole. She has a big picture vision and can also hone in on what is in the way of achieving the desired result. She has two decades of project leadership, relationship management, and team facilitation experience. She has an uncanny ability to see potential in others and draws it out of them in a gentle and yet direct way through her faith, belief, and trust in human potential.

She has coached executives, managers and their direct/indirect reports, project teams and leaders, franchise owners, non-profit and for-profit boards, and on the personal coaching side, couples in relationship triage.

The one constant in all situations is PEOPLE. Darshana is a master at getting to the CORE of what is going on for people such that consensus and forward momentum occurs through working with her. She transforms situations through working with people, developing systems, environments, and processes that naturally engender positive results, fun,and success.

Continuous learning is important to Darshana and as a result continues to educate herself in topics of human development, behavior, coaching, consulting, project management assessments, and winning.
