Lorraine Lane is President of Lane Business Consulting, a company that offers coaching and training. She brings to her clients the learning and experience gained in over 20 years of service as a consultant, executive coach and trainer of management and business skills. She specializes in Customer Service and its impact on business and works to create "customer centric" environments.

She has contributed to the building of several thriving businesses and has coached entrepreneurs and professionals on the importance of developing and implementing a workable, customized and effective marketing plan both through her one-on-one coaching and in her trainings. She shares her expertise and enthusiasm with a high-energy, results-oriented focus.

Lorraine's stated mission is the development of potential. She works to deliver the learning and impart the knowledge that "involves a fundamental shift or movement of mind" or metanoia as described by Peter Senge in The Fifth Discipline.

Lorraine's background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in Education and an MBA through Digital Equipment Corporation's offering to 'fast-track' professionals as an internal program. She is certified to facilitate a number of trainings including Customer Service, Team Building, Leadership Development, & specializes in developing and customizing training for her clients.

In addition, Lorraine has served in leadership positions with various Chambers of Commerce and is currently an Ambassador and serving a term as Secretary on the Executive Board for the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce.

She has served terms as Vice President and President for a local BNI Chapter and served as the trainer of choice for Advanced Training programs for the West Central Florida BNI organization. Lorraine is serving on the Centre Club's Business Committee and is an adjunct faculty member with Pasco Hernando Community College Professional Development Center and served in this capacity with San Jose State University for 6 years while in California.
