Mr. Scher is not only a believer in the process of coaching he is also a shining example. With thirty (30) years of experience in consulting or other “concept” sales, business development, business-to-business, business to customer, and building businesses, he has the experience to teach others the art of selling. Mr. Scher’s unique ability to design programs specific to both the individual salesperson’s and sales team’s personality has proven to be an unbeatable combination. Mr. Scher holds a BS Psychology from the University of Devonshire 1995, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from University of Devonshire 1999.

Mr. Scher has been providing sales training and services since 1989. He is results orientated. Coaching how to increase sales, profit, and customer satisfaction are his primary goals. His expertise is in designing sales teams and team-based sales forces. Whether he is working with new sales people or seasoned professionals, he is always innovative in helping clients reach their goals. Mr. Scher tailors his solutions to meet the needs of his clients. He assesses and addresses existing issues and provides a road map to reach their goals. His methodology includes training requirements, productivity concerns, tracking issues – such as providing audit trails of sales processes. With his coaching, students have produced hundreds of thousands of dollars in new business for both themselves and their companies. His coaching style allows his students to provide superior value to their clients and thereby create better client loyalty. People love to buy, but they hate to be sold! Coaching students on how to allow clients to buy from them is his main focus.

During Mr. Scher’s 5-year tenure as President of the first national SalesMasters club, he became nationally recognized as a coach, speaker and leader in both the sales and sales management arena. As President, he was invited to address countless groups and associations regarding sales coaching. He continues to receive requests to share his knowledge and recommendations. Mr. Scher has also enjoyed three (3) year tenure as the President of the local Piedmont Chapter of The American Records Management Association (ARMA). In addition, he has been a guest speaker at UNCC, The Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, The BG network, and AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management). He is well known and respected in the Charlotte Business community for his coaching ability.

Prior to joining his last company he had been the Director of Business Development (concept sales) for Cooper Environmental Inc. There he was directly responsible for growing the business from 11 to over 40 employees in less then eight years. He also had to maintain an annual personal production of over $3,800,000.00 in billable dollars a year. Under his tutelage the three (3) sales teams were able to exceed $5,000,000.00 in billable work in one calendar year!
