Darshana Hawks is an expert in team dynamics who has helped countless business and personal teams to regain stronger footing and work together harmoniously.

She began her career as a project management consultant and quickly realized the importance of team dynamics in driving successful project management. Because marriage is the ultimate “team ” relationship” Darhana has recently dedicated much of her personal practice to marriage crisis coaching.

Most of Darshana’s clients have come to her after trying marriage counseling and traditional therapies. Her approach is intensive and demanding. She describes her services as similar to a professional athletic coach. She first works with the couple to clarify important issues and then she provides intensive, daily coaching until the healthy new habits are part of the couple’s muscle memory. It’s an unorthodox method and it works.
